At NEXTSTEP Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing valuable educational programs such as the FIRE Workshop and related sessions that help participants achieve financial literacy and independence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any payment made to NEXTSTEP Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, payments made for live workshops, recorded programs, webinars, or downloadable content.
However, if a specific offer includes an exclusive refund condition (e.g., “100% refund if you attend the full session”), such refunds will be honored according to the terms of that specific offer.
If a program or offer includes an eligible refund condition, participants who meet that condition must claim the refund by sending an email to himesh.garje@nextstepcorporate.com within 5 days of the event date.
Refund requests received after this 5-day period will be automatically rejected.
All eligible claims must include:
Full Name
Email used during registration
Transaction ID or Payment Proof
Refunds may be processed in genuine cases of duplicate or erroneous payments, provided the request is made within 5 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date a valid claim is received, using the same payment mode as the original transaction.
Payments made for one program, event, or participant cannot be transferred to another person or deferred to a future session unless expressly authorized by NEXTSTEP Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
